We’re committed to getting your order to you quickly and securely. We work with our trusted delivery partner, Australia Post, to make sure your order is carefully prepared and dispatched promptly.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday and are typically prepared for shipment within 48 hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Damaged Products

We take care to ensure every order leaves us in great condition. If your product arrives damaged or broken, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly and make it right.

Please note that returns and refunds are only accepted for products that arrive damaged or broken.
